Buckles Appoint Performance Development Consultants

Buckles Investment Services Limited, the largest independent financial adviser in Wales, has appointed Thinking Achievers Ltd as performance development consultants.
Specialising in the development of ethical performance through growing capability and focusing motivational resources, Thinking Achievers will provide tailored development support to the Buckles team and will work closely on the graduate development programme.
Development support will be provided on a 1:1 and group basis. It will cover learning techniques and business planning along with sales and sales management in the context of Financial Services.
